Well I started meal plan Monday a couple of months ago, and then the holidays hit. I don't think I had time to follow a full meal plan because it was so crazy! I'm going to try and get back to it starting this week!
Monday ~ Spaghetti with home made sauce and gluten free noodles
Tuesday ~
Potato Soup with home made bread
Wednesday ~
One pot chicken and rice (This is a new recipe that I'm trying this week)
Thursday ~
Navajo fry bread tacos
Friday ~ Roast Chicken i crock pot with
Coconut Rice
Saturday and Sunday this week are kind of up in the air. I might make gumbo, but if not I will probably make a big pot of veggie soup.
